Evaluation system and consultative body for our and our partners' safety management
We are introducing a safety management evaluation system for each in-house partner to strengthen the autonomous safety management capabilities of our in-house partners. In addition, we operate a consultation body on safety and health every month basis, and we prevent safety accidents in advance by excavating accidents/accidents through interviews with on-site staff.

Occupational Health and Safety Committee
Workers are the first to detect risks in the workplace, and the starting line toward problem-solving is when workers express their opinions on the dangerous situations. According to this management policy, we hold Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings every quarter. Workers present their opinions at the prior working-level meetings, and the Occupational Health and Safety Committee deliberate and decide on measures.

Health promotion events
We are building a company-wide culture of health and safety by promoting fun and exciting health promotion events every year, such as the "King of Healthy Body" and "Kamtec Healthy Walk Campaign." Also, our employees and executives can check their health history at any time with our computerized history of health checkups.
